This ad starts out with a bowl of bow-tie pasta (looks like Fettuccine Alfredo with peas) against a gradient green background. It slides to the left to show an older black man with a bright green bow-tie. The scene then does a split wipe to a picture of a banana cream pie. It shifts left as a picture of a middle-aged blond woman slides down on the right. The scene shifts to a shot of the Vytorin logo against a white background. It says "(ezetimibe/simvastatin) tablets" under the Vytorin logo and "Available by prescription only" below that. Next a split screen with a yellow background showing a rack of lamb on one side and an older man with spiky hair on the other. We see the Vytorin logo again, this time with "treats 2 sources" and "VYTORIN contains 2 medicines: ZETIA and ZOCOR" under that. The logo changes to a pictures of a lobster with a bowl of butter on either side of it. The lobster morphs into a woman in a red wet-suit. Back to the white background Vytorin logo. Now, we see Lipitor fly up to the Vytorin lettering and bounce off, then Crestor. Back to another split screen, a taco on one side and a woman wearing an exotic hat that looks like a taco on the other side. It says "See our add in Cooking Light". Now the scene shows a marbled cheese cake on one side and an Asian woman wearing a marbled silk garment on the other. The caption has vytorin.com in it now. We then shift to a different split screen of a roasted chicken next to an older white man. The chicken had green garnish under it, the man has a green sweater. The caption reads 1-877-VYTORIN now. The next shot shows a plate with eggs on ham and English muffins next to a guy with a big motorcycle helmet with large yellow goggles. And and other side-by-side show slides in to show four round sushi pieces on a red plate on one side and a blond woman in a red Asian-style tunic with 4 buttons on the right. The final wipe shows an animated Vytorin logo with "treats 2 sources of cholesterol" under it, plus "Ask your doctor" below that.

Cholesterol, it can come from bow-tie pasta, but also from your grandfather Bo. From that pie, creamy banana, and your mom, Juliana. A healthy diet is important. When that's not enough, adding Vytorin can help. Cholesterol comes from two sources, food and family. Vytorin treats two sources. Only Vytorin helps block the absorption of cholesterol from food and reduces the cholesterol your body makes naturally. Vytorin was also proven in clinical studies to lower bad cholesterol more than Lipitor alone. More than Crestor alone. Vytorin is not for everyone, including people with liver problem, women who are nursing, pregnant of may become pregnant. Tell your doctor right away about unexplained muscle pain or weakness which may be a sign of a rare but serious side-effect. Certain medicines or food may increase your risk of getting this serious side-effect. Simple blood tests are needed to check for liver problems. So, eat right, stay active, but if that's not enough ask your doctor about adding Vytorin. Two sources of cholesterol, treat them both with Vytorin.
posted 15-Jan-2008 5:41pm Love these vytorin commercials. I wish you would put the other new commercial on here to watch on-line. It's the one with the 3 Ice cream cones, Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate that morph into Identical Triplets. The 2 that you have on here are getting old. Thanks.
