This commercial shows various beautiful women, applying eye make-up, looking at themselves in the mirror, shaking their big hair, applying lipstick, and falling back onto a soft bed with pillows. Then, in an ironic twist, we see and orange Metamucil jar in the mirror of one of their compact mirrors. The commercial continues to show pretty women lounging around, as key words from the ad are placed around them in a scrolled font. There's a woman hovering inexplicably above a pool while swinging her legs (OK, she's probably sitting on a diving board). Another woman is hanging Japanese lanterns on her porch. When they mention it lowers cholesterol, a message appears at the bottom of the screen saying, "As part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol." Finally, a woman with thick curly hair walks past with a heart-shaped metal over her chest. Finally, it ends with a shot of the orange Metamucil jar and the words "Beautify Your Inside".
