We see a city street scene as we focus on a woman in a business suit. A pizza-delivery young man in a red jacket who is not looking where he's going goes to walk past her but she puts her arm out, grabbing his arm and pulling him back onto the sidewalk, saving him from walking in front of a car. There's a shot of a man in a restaurant, behind the glass in front. Then, people getting onto a bus are shown, a man helps a woman take her baby stroller off before he gets on. Another man sitting the bus shelter looks on. Now we're in a restaurant kitchen. A woman is standing at a counter with some fresh vegetables. In front of her, someone is trying to reach some large metal bowls. Another person comes over to help. The woman cutting vegetables looks at them. Next, we see a couple young boys playing basketball by a home with a net and backboard over the garage. One of the knocks the ball and it bounces toward the street. But, a young woman carrying a bag is walking there, she quickly moves into kick it back to them. A man driving by in a truck takes note of what happened. Another shot shows an older man struggling to get his bag of a baggage carousel. A woman in the business suit looks on. In many of these cases, the people involved are black and white. We see the scene of the woman catching the pizza boy again as colored blocks fall on the screen to form the Liberty Mutual logo. The final show shows the Statue of Liberty logo with Auto, Home, Business, and Life listed below it.
