This ad has a blue/white color scheme. A average-looking 30-something woman is talking to us on the left side of the screen, while percentage rates scroll on the right side. A box with "adjustable rate" is there, slowly moving higher and higher. As she talks, she kind of scrunches up when she says "adjustable rates" (clearly implying that anyone who did this made a big mistake). She feels sorry for people who did this. But, she also has a solution, Ditech. The screen changes to the a screen that shows some rates: 5.375% Rate, 5.640 APR. There's a ton of small print that's impossible to read. The bottom of the screen shows the 800 number and website address. Finally, we get a screen with tons of unreadable print. I see the "fair housing" logo, so it's probably about how they can't deny you a loan because of your race. It says "A GMAC Company" here, plus the website address and 800 number.
