A woman in an office setting is on the phone. She has a bouquet of flowers in front of her. We cut to her friend who is standing outside somewhere on her cell phone. Her friend asks what the cards says. The girl in the office with the bouquet reads the card to her. Then, she goes on about how people are joking about her boyfriend doing something. We see a shot of her friend on the cellphone talking, but there's no sound. The call has been dropped, apparently! We cut back to the girl in the office who had heard only silence from her friend. She starts to get nervous, maybe her boyfriend did do something bad. There's a cut to an orange background with these words, "Switch to the network with the fewest dropped calls." Also, in small print at the bottom, it says, "Dropped calls based on nationwide experience among national carriers. The ALLOVER network covers over 273 million people. Coverage not available in all areas." We go back to the girl in the office and now she's really losing it. Finally, they show the old Cingular logo zip around to form the AT&T logo. Then, there's a quick shot of a red pearl phone for mom.
