We start with a Century 21 styled house logo that says, "Can a computer do it all?" under it. Then, then splits to show you an Asian woman who is talking to us. The gold Century 21 lines are above and below here. The top line is slightly bent to imply a house's roof (subtle and class visual reference). She talks, smirkingly about people who dare try to do stuff without an agent like her. When she makes her point, the shot changes to a close-up with her on the right of the screen. Then, we're back to her in a 2/3 body shot. It's somewhat dark on the edges now too. She makes some gestures and we're back to a close-up that is almost centered, but slightly left shifted. It shifts back a little, showing her head and neck. Some trademark and licensing info appears in small print at the bottom. Another shift, to her on the right and half her torso and head are shown. Finally, she's on the left again with half her body showing and then the gold lines converge from top and bottom to form the full Century 21 logo. It says century21.com in the lower right corner.

Some people think they can do it all on the computer. Find a home, sell a home. Except the computer can't do what I do, at Century 21. Understand your needs, the subtleties of the market, the neighborhood, the schools, the process. To watch your eyes when you walk into a home and know right away that you're in love with it. No computer can do that. Century 21, the gold standard.
posted 15-Jul-2007 6:09pm This is the dumbest commercial ever. It makes me think of how much I don't need a realtor. "...Except the computer can't do what I do at century 21. Understand your needs (I can do that), the subtleties of the market (I can do it on the computer), the neighborhood (again, can be done on a computer), the schools (computer), the process (computer). To watch your eyes when you walk into a home and know right away that you're in love with it. No computer can do that. (I'll bring a mirror)."
