This ad starts out with a young boy in a striped shirt, holding a large red toy glider plane. He's standing along by some wild hills. Then, we see two quick shots of little girls. Each of these kids is telling us how fun it is to be a grown-up. Next, we see a couple somewhat older boys, one is about to go kayaking, the other is sitting by a keyboard. There's a lot of racial diversity among these kids. The next kid shown seems to be Hispanic and he's talking about his grandfather (who may be shown in the background by a grill). The next shot is of a little girl in a swimming pool. Then, a girl riding on horseback. Another girl is writing with a green pencil. The kids seem to be grouped by gender somewhat. For the "and me" sequence, they flip through quick shots of some of the kids we've already seen. The Hispanic kid hugs his grandfather. Kayaking, swimming, flying that glider plane, fun is being had. The exit shot shows the AARP logo in red on white. The slogan under it says "The Power to make it better." and "HEALTH / FINANCES / CONNECTING / GIVING / ENJOYING" plus aarp.org

Sometimes I think grown-ups have more fun than kids. They get to do cool stuff. Like, go on cruises. And ride motorcycles. My mom and dad travel all over the country to see their favorite band. My grandpa went back to school and actually likes it. Yeah, grown-ups have it made. They get to play whenever they want. And, the best part is when they spend time playing with me. And me. And me. Make the most out of life. AARP can show you how. Meet new people, learn new things, explore new places, and more. Join us in championing your future and the future of every generation.
